Notice: Aesthetic Submission dates May 2022

Dear Owners,

Please take note of the 2022 Aesthetic Submission dates.

NOTE: These plans must be submitted on or before 15:00 as per the dates set out in Annexure A: 2022 Aesthetic Submission dates 27 May 2022 document.

No final submissions will be accepted without a fully completed application form. This form can be downloaded from our website with all the relevant information.

Please take note that the HOA is only responsible for the aesthetics.

All consultations with the Estates appointed Architect will be by appointment only (see Section 11 for fees).

Queries will be handled via email only. Queries regarding the status of scrutinized plans can be emailed to [email protected] and
[email protected] (or [email protected]).

Random submissions will be deleted.

Plans must be finalised & submitted on or before 21 November 2022.

All plans older than one year from the first submission date will be deemed as a new planning submission and fees will be payable as set out in Section 11.

No Aesthetic or clearance certificates will be issued after 30 November 2022.
